KUNINAGA brought the RAI School tradition of fine MOKUME,
in SETTSU, MOKUME with MASAME is seen. There is JI-NIE.
O-MIDARE, CHOJI-like GUNOME-MIDARE in KO-NIE with KINSUJI
and SUNAGASHI. Grain is larger with 2nd generation.

KUNIYASU GEN-TOKU: His father is listed as KUNISUYE, but possibly
a son or son-in-law of RAI KUNITOSHI. He transferred to
AWAJI-SHO from whence AWAJI RAI. There are ZAI-MEI
NAKAJIMA RAI KUNIYASU. He made a 3.5 SHAKU O-DACHI for
the HACHIMAN Shrine. ITAME with MASAME has SUGUHA.
KUNINAGA(1) GEN-TOKU (f: KUNISUYE, t: KUNITOSHI): Transferred to
SETTSU. Late KAMAKURA-style elongated KO-KISSAKI TACHI.
Standing KO-ITAME of dense JI-NIE. HIRO-SUGU KUICHIGAI
with YO and GUNOME-CHOJI BA. YAKIBA width increases in
the MONOUCHI. BOSHI is ICHIMAE which may be KUZURE or
CHU-MARU KAERI. See YAMASHIRO RAI.
KUNINAGA(2) EN-BUN: NAKAJIMA JU. Wide HIRA-TSUKURI, IHORI-MUNE
KO-WAKIZASHI. Running HADA with dappled JI-NIE. KO-NOTARE
or CHU-NOTARE GUNOME HA in KO-NIE. SUNAGASHI and KINSUJI.
BOSHI: MIDARE to TOGARI-KAERI or KO-MARU. NAMBOKUCHO
style is similar to peers such as NOBUKUNI.
YOSHIKUNI O-AN (f: NAKAJIMA RAI KUNINAGA): YOSHI form: ZEN
"Goodness". Having the same name, there is published
confusion. One leaves for ECHIZEN, one is known as part
of the AWAJI RAI.
